Trauma-Informed Coaching Intensives for High-Q Women

High-capacity. High-intellect. High-functioning. High-performing. And quietly running on empty. This is the work for women who are done holding it all together at the cost of themselves.

You are the one everyone counts on. The one who notices what no one else does, holds what no one else will, and somehow still makes it look effortless from the outside. Inside, you cannot rest without guilt, you cannot say no without apologizing for it three times, and the advice you keep getting — "just do less," "set better boundaries" — is so stunningly useless it almost makes you laugh.

You don't need another worksheet. You need a different operating system. That is what an Intensive is for.

Why Trauma-Informed Leadership?

Trauma-informed leadership coaching reduces burnout and improves staff retention

Because trauma affects everything — the way you think, the way you connect, the way you work.

Burnout, overfunctioning, and poor boundaries are not random. They are patterns — and patterns can change. It isn’t about “just getting over it.” It’s about creating safety, learning boundaries, and building resilience so life and work feel good again.

I help organizations reduce burnout, strengthen leadership, and improve retention through trauma-informed consulting and training. I also help high-capacity women stop overfunctioning, rebuild boundaries, and reclaim self-trust through premium coaching intensives.

One grounded approach.

Whether you are leading a team or holding too much on your own, the problem is rarely a lack of effort. More often, it is a lack of the right framework.

My work helps people understand what stress changes, how patterns get reinforced, and what creates sustainable change in real life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a trauma-informed coaching intensive?

1

A trauma-informed coaching intensive is a small-group container — six women, time-limited, deeply structured — where we work with the nervous system patterns underneath overfunctioning, not just the surface behaviors. It is built on twenty-five years of clinical trauma specialization and uses plain language to address what most coaching skips.

Who is a "High-Q woman"?

2

High-Q is shorthand for high-capacity, high-intellect, high-functioning, high-performing women — the ones who are competent and reliable in every area of their lives and quietly running on empty underneath. If you are the most reliable person in every room you walk into, this work is for you.

Is this therapy?

3

No. Coaching is educational and developmental, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you need clinical care, please work with a licensed provider in your state.

How are the cohorts structured?

4

Each Intensive is capped at six women, application-based, and includes a four-day live virtual intensive, six weeks of implementation group meetings, and three private one-to-one coaching sessions during implementation.
