Three intensives. One application. All small-group, application-based, and capped at six women — because depth requires trust, and trust requires precision. The three options below are written so you can self-select. Read them honestly. Burnout Boundaries Breakthrough

For women done overfunctioning their way through their own life.

This is where we stop "talking about boundaries" and build the mechanics — clear limits you can hold without overexplaining, language that works in real conversations, and follow-through that doesn't collapse when someone is disappointed.

This is for you if:

  • you keep doing more than your share, then resent everyone — including yourself

For women tired of white-knuckling their way through their own nervous system.

The deepest stabilization container. For women who are high-functioning on the outside and managing a lot internally — reactivity, triggers, old relational patterns, the constant sense of bracing. We build regulation that works under pressure, not just in calm moments.

This is for you if:

  • you're high-functioning on the outside and bracing on the inside

  • you've done some work and want to go deeper, not wider

  • you want less reactivity and more choice in real time

  • you're ready for consistent, supported implementation

This is not for you if:

  • you're in active mental health crisis (this is coaching, not therapy)

  • you want a fast fix more than durable change

  • you aren't in a place to engage actively between sessions
